Art Water colour

Kia Ora, today I will be talking to you about what we did for Art/Poetry in Hurumanu. Today in class half the class did water colour art and the other half drew patterns on a paper for or weaving. I was in the water art. For the water art we tried 4 different technique of art Blend, Splat, Drip, Salt.

For the first one witch is blending I used 2 colours Orange and Yellow. For the blending it turned out really well i was very happy with the outcome but the paper started ripping as I was adding water but apart from that I think I did really well.

For splat all you need to do was just grip the tip of your paint brush and then flick i used the same colours for this one. I think this one was pretty easy apart from it going down the same drip as I was trying to drip different ones.

Tapa Art

Kia Ora and welcome back to my blog. I will be telling you what I did today for Art. Today for Art me and my class finished doing our Tapa Art  with Ink. If you have read some of my previous posts you will no what im talking about.

For the Tapa Art we added ink to some parts to give it  like I said before but after we have done that we need to add charcoal to it to give it tone.  

Vince Vawlter

Kia Ora today I will talking to you about Vince Vawter. Vince Vawter is the man the wrote the book paper boy. Paper boy is about a boy that has a stutter and thinks hes is different to everyone but then finds out that other people have problem too. Anyway I will be talking about how Vince Vawlter was talking in the video when he was reading from chapter 1-3.


In the video clip I noticed that Vince Vawlter voice was deep and a bit Raspy. But as he was reading it sounded better from him I think because he is the person that wrote it and because hes voice fit perfectly with the character Little man. Hes voice sounded like something was scratching in his throat.

PE

Kia Ora I will be showing you what I did for PE today. Today for PE we did A spin wheel on each on we had to do an activity.

The water was calm.

It flowed profusely down stream.

The tuna reached home.

Art Post

Kia Ora today I will be talking about what we are doing for drama this term.

I will be talking about the 3 things that we are learning. The first thing I will be talking about what an Iceberg is but in drama. An iceberg is were you draw a triangle or a iceberg shape and then you put a line and at the top  of the line you put the obvious emotions that the character felt and at the bottom of the line you put what isn't obvious.  

The next thing we did was Role on the wall. Role on the wall is wear you draw a person and write what is important to them/personality. Since we are reading Benny I decided to do it about Benny. Benny I the main character in the story. When I wrote a role on the wall about him I made sure to add everything about him.

The last thing we did was hot seating. Hot seating is basically someone seat on a seat and get asked questions. But they have to answer them in charterer.

Paperbpy

Kia Ora and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be posting bout a summary on this book that im reading. The book that im reading is called "Paperboy". Paperboy is about a boy that has a stutter. I will tell you more about this book in the summary so lets get into it.

Here is the summary for chapter 1-3:

At the start of the book it talks about how the boy has stutter and he thinks that he needs to keep to his self because he feels like he is not normal because he has what others dont. But during the pages of the book he relies that he doesn't have to keep it to his self he standout and not so down about it.
