Kia Ora, and welcome back to my blog. Today I. will be shearing my creative writing about my Garage Band song. For this activity we had to make up a story about a our song.We had to make up a place or were we would be in the song when we listen to it.

LO: Create a piece of writing that describe a place or settings by your song.

It was a great untroubled day that me and my friends decided to make a piece of music in our music studio.Today we really want to blow the minds of all our fans that listen to our music.

I stood there in the desert wanting something to do but then I realised that good things will happen if I just believe. I start walking thru the desert and came across a village. I walk thru and see lots of lovely people. They all wave at each other and are always smiling. That day they let me join the village.

Revolution Tour!!!

Kia Ora, and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be talking to you about The Revolution Tour that came to school on Tuesday. In The Revolution Tour there was a group of people, one group was a dancing group that danced, another group was a singing group, there was also a group that talked to us about not being a bully because of who people are and just be your self.

Question 1: What was the best thing/s about the Tour?
One part of the tour that I really liked was when Reggie played the saxophone to songs that we had to try guess what they were. My other favourite part of the tour was when we played the games with the whole group. One of the games were Throw Your Friend Under The Bus and another one was when we had to guess the song he did with the saxophone.

Question 2: What did I learn from the talk?
From the talk I learn't that you shouldn't judge people about what they look like or where they come from you should just except people for who they are and don't bully them because they are different to you. When he talked to us about that inside I felt like he is right you shouldn't judge people for who the are.

My 9 Storied Paragraph😀😀😀!

Kia Ora, and welcome back to my blog. Today in class my class had to write down a 6 sentence story about a piece of music that we had to hear and write about. The piece of music sounded like it sounded like it came from a fairy tale, but it actually came from a Christmas Album. 
Here is my 9 sentence story.


It was a bright and sunny day. I decided to take a stroll through the woods and visit my friends. As I walked through the woods I hear the lovely tweeting of the birds in the trees. There tweeting voices makes me feel happy and quite good inside. I keep strolling through the woods and out from a bush came a deer. In that moment I felt nervous because I didn’t know if the deer was going to hurt me or if it was nice. So I walk up closer to the deer so that it know that I am not scared of it and it shouldn’t be scared of me. Once it earned my trust I take the deer with me on my stroll to become best friends.

Kia Ora welcome back to my blog I am going to be talking to you about what we are doing for our Novel Studies. My class is doing Novel Studies, Novel Studies is we're you have a book and you read it and study it. My class is doing it based on a bingo sheet, our bingo sheet is we're we have to complete a task and post it on our blog. My book is Awful Antie, Here is my first task:

Stitches!

For reading this term we have been looking at is woman rights in voting and in war.
One of the stories that we have read and are talking about is Stitches. Stitches is about a girl that like to sew, there is some more information in the questions and answer below.


Question 1: What was the story about?
I think that the story is about a family of 7 that like to make clothing and likes to sew. I also think that it is a story about a girl named that also likes to sew. I know this because she gets a sewing machine
from her dad. I also know that May like to make dresses in her room. She can make a whole lot of them, that is probably why her dad bought her a new sewing machine. 

Question 2: May is 13, how is her life different compared to yours?
Her life is different compared to mine because she is 13 and I am 11 and she has much more opportunity other than me. Also she sews clothes for her family mostly dresses and I dont know how to sew. Also because she made a big scarifies for dropping out of school to work with her mum.

Question 3: What sacrifices do you think she made in the story? Why did she make those?
One of the scarifies that she made is leaving school to be with her mum. Her mum was very happy to hear that her daughter was coming to help her sew clothes. I think that that the only sacrifice that she made.

Ki O Rahi!

This term for PE were are learning how to play Ki O Rahi.
For this term PE is called working together as one. My whole class
had to make a presentation for how to play Ki O Rahi.

How to play Ki-O-Rahi:

Ki O Rahi Vocabulary 

Step 1: The first thing you need to do in a game of Ki-O-Rahi
you have to make 2 teams of 7 .

Step 2: Make the playing field for the game. In the playing field
you will need:

*Check vocabulary for the meaning of these words

1. Tupu
2. 7 Pou
3. Ki

Step 3: At the start of a game you have to throw the ball in the
air and both players have to try and hit it.

Step 4: At half time both teams swap there positions from
*Taniwha to *Kioma And *Kioma to *Taniwha.

Helpful tips:

Every time Kioma hits the *pou that is a point but to gain those
points you need to touch down.

When Taniwha has the ball the need to have 4 people in the
zone to be able to shot. You are able to have as many turns as
you want.

The winning team is the one with the most points.

I think one of the greatest invention is a shower because you can clean yourself in the shower if you have finished sports or something messy.

2. Cell Phone📳📳📳
I think that a cell phone is important because you can communicate with people to know where they are or if your far away you cant contact them.

3. Cutlery 🔪🔪🔪
I think that cutlery is important to have in the world because if we didn't we wouldn't have anything to cut with or we would have to eat with our fingers.

4. Clothing 👕👖👗👢
I think that is is really important to have clothes other wise we would be naked and we would get cold at night.

5. Houses 🏠🏠🏠
I think houses are important because you live in them and they keep you warm and safe at home.

Hi and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be talking to you about what we are doing In hurumanu Music. For music we had to write down on a piece of paper a New Zealand Band. On one piece of paper we had do a New Zealand Singner that sings most of their songs alone.

How I feel about spelling.
