I am reading a book about a girl that has to adjust to something that she doesn't want to but in the end she is really happy that she is there. The story that my group is reading is How To Fall. Write a paragraph about when you had to make a big adjustment, How did you feel? Why?
One time that I had to make a big adjustment was coming to Hornby High School. It was a big adjustment because I was at a new School and I new some people but I only new 2 or 3 people in my class, until I made more friends. I adjusted to school about 1 week after I started because I had friends to help me. One of the hardest thing I couldn’t adjust to was my new teacher because I didn’t know if she was going to be nice or if she was going to be mean. But the next two weeks I did start adjusting to that and my teacher is the best.
